Walking down Madison Avenue on the night of FNO, we snapped a few shots on our phones to give you an idea of what the scene was like... After checking in at a few of the boutique festivities, dodging video-cameras and crazy costumes in the name of fashion, we ducked into Nello's for a drink with some friends.

We're hooked on light purple nails, it's such a pretty twist on traditional variations of pink and red nail polish color. Get OPI "Do You Lilac It?" or "Done Out In Deco." Looks perfect with the variations of dark green on this year's Fall palette.

Is it just me or is there snakeskin everywhere? The queen of this trend is obviously Devi Kroell, but Zara definitely got the memo. I love these tall boots (shopping online now open in the US!) and this vintage belt, are both the perfect accessories to play up a minimalist outfit.

We shot our Fall Lookbook on the Upper East Side's Lenox Hill neighborhood, right near Central Park. This part of the city always looks perfect in the Fall and we love the streets with rows and rows of gorgeous townhouses, high fashion boutiques, and charming cafes. Our model is wearing a vintage cardigan and skirt, loafers, Oliver Peoples vintage frames, and Linda Bernell Jewelry's cuffs.

Of all the menswear inspired things I've seen flooding the fashion scene, I can't stop thinking about these loafers. They are so menswear-inspired yet they have just the right amount of feminine flair. A lot of designers go too far when feminizing menswear and add too many frills or flowers that overpower the original design. Not this pair. And it's J.Crew, so go find me a reason NOT to like it.
